Microarray Analysis Workshop

The BRIN-PR and the COBRE-Neuro projects sponsored a workshop on the use of the bioconductor software for microarray data analysis. The workshop was held May 20 and 21, 2004. Dr. Vincent Carey and Dr. Rafael Irizarry lectured, and have graciously allowed us to put up the lecture notes.

Day 1:

• 9.00-10.15 : Intro to microarrays and to the course
• 10.15-10.30: coffee break, move to other room
• 10.30-1.00: R: language, packages, workflow management, installing and maintaining bioconductor some examples
• 1.00-2.00 : lunch
• 2.00-4.00 : importation and QC, normalization
• 4.00-5.00 : questions

Day 2:
